Cornitos Refried Beans Tacos with Grated Cheese


  • Cornitos Taco Shells Dinner Kit pack of 12
  • 200g Cornitos Refried Beans
  • 250g Red Onion cubes
  • 180g Sweet Corn kernels steamed
  • 100g Lettuce
  • 200g Tomatoes deseeded & diced
  • 150g grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 pack Taco Seasoning
  • 50g Cornitos Chunky Salsa Dip
  • Salt to taste


  • Heat some oil and sauté Onions, steamed Sweet Corn kernels and deseeded Tomatoes.
  • Place Shells on Taco Paper Boat.
  • Line the Taco Shells with Lettuce & add Cornitos Refried Beans filling inside.
  • Top it with diced Onions and Sweet Corn filling.
  • Garnish with Grated Cheese and serve warm.
  • Serve with Cornitos Chunky Salsa.
