Cornitos Sandwich with Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cornitos Barbeque flavour Nachos Crisps
  • 20g Mushroom
  • 20g chopped Red, Yellow and Green Bell Pepper
  • 50g Cheese Cube
  • Guacamole

Method

  • Prepare mixture by frying Mushroom, chopped Bell Peppers and Garlic.
  • Arrange Cornitos Barbeque flavour Nachos Crisps on a platter by stuffing the mixture prepared between two crisps.
  • Serve it with Guacamole.
  • Garnish with sliced Red and Green Bell Pepper.
