Cornitos Grilled Paneer Tacos with Jalapeno Cheese

Ingredients

  • Cornitos Taco Shells pack of 6
  • 225g- Paneer / Tofu cubes
  • 50g- Red Bell Pepper cubes
  • 50g- Yellow Pepper cubes
  • 150g- Cheese sauce
  • 50g- Jalapeno sliced
  • 100g- Cornitos Refried Beans
  • 50g- Lettuce
  • Salt to taste
  • 5g- White Pepper powder
  • 1 pack Taco seasoning
  • 50g- Cornitos Chunky Salsa Dip

For the Mixture

  • Marinate Paneer/Tofu with Salt, White Pepper Powder, Olive oil & keep aside for 10-15 minutes
  • Heat the griller and pour a little oil on it, grill the Paneer/Tofu until done
  • Heat the oil in a pan, add taco seasoning and then add Bell Peppers, onions, and Cornitos Refried Beans
  • Sauté nicely for 3 to 5 minutes, then remove from heat.

For the Filling

  • Place Taco Shells on boat
  • Line the Taco Shells with lettuce & put the Refried beans filling inside
  • Top it with grilled Paneer/Tofu cubes
  • Then spread Cheese sauce evenly on top and sprinkle Cornitos Taco seasoning
  • Serve Tacos with Cornitos Chunky Salsa Dip.
