Hara Bhara Kebab Wrap

Ingredients

  • Cornitos Tortilla Wrap 6pcs 270gm
  • Hara bhara kebab 3 pieces
  • Olive oil 120ml
  • Regular oil 10ml
  • Onion rings 180gm
  • Capsicum juliennes 180gm
  • Tomato juliennes 180gm
  • 1 Seasoning pouch
  • Lettuce (hand broken) 180gm

Dressings

  • Cornitos Salsa 100ml (2cups 50gm each)
  • Mint mayonnaise 180ml
  • Sweet onion sauce 180ml

Method

  • Fry the Hara bhara kebab in hot oil until crisp and brown (For healthier option, air-fry the kebabs).
  • Heat the Cornitos Tortilla Wrap on a pan for 15 seconds on both sides and remove.
  • Place the veggies in the centre of the tortilla wrap and top it up with the hara bhara kebab.
  • Add the Cornitos Salsa, mint mayo and sweet onion over the kebabs.
  • Sprinkle with seasoning, roll it tightly, apply little olive oil and grill it in a pre-heated griller.
  • Cook it well on all sides.
  • Cut it into two halves and serve.
